Dan’s blog informed me that he is tired of the snow talk and wants one about rainbows and dragons…so here it is! Rainbows are an arc of spectral colors, usually identified as red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, and violet, that appears in the sky opposite the sun as a result of the refractive dispersion of sunlight in drops of rain or mist. It’s also the name of the youngest section of Girlguiding. Dragons are generally thought to be fictional, fire breathing creatures. However the works of ‘Harry Potter’, showed dragons to be real….as are wizards…ahem. Disclaimer - I have been snowed in alone for the past 2 days, It makes me really really bored!

 Libby you forgot to meantion that there is also a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow, usually protected by a little man with ginger hair and a little green suit!

And you forgot to meantion that dragons were real during the time of Merlin and the reign of the great King Arthur. People just now think they are fictional because all the Knights of the Round table slayed the last of them (I’m not 100% sure it was the Knights of the round table, but they were all slayed!)
